"As Extruded" only mill finish or unpolished - with no subsequent finishing or fabrication performed unless specified.

Polished

A bright high luster finish. Die lines and surface imperfections are totally removed by buffing automatically or manually with a chemical compound.

Satin Anodized

Where die lines or slight surface imperfections are of no great importance, as this material is not polished. A chemical etching and anodizing process produces a hard finely textured and uniform surface that will not rub off black.

Satin (Matte) Gold

The same as satin anodized but gold dipped chemically before anodizing.

Brushed

A uniform textured finish obtained by the use of an abrasive wheel. This material may be used as is or anodized clear or gold.

Fasteners

Nails or screws are included with most standard moldings.

Vinyl Inserts

White or black inserts are included in the price of boat moldings optional black and gray inserts for nosings are available in a 1/2" width only.

Miscellaneous

Special anodized finishes are available to include brite-dip clear, brite-dip gold, 2-step bronze, and 2-step black. Also available is electrostatic and powder coat paint.
